Take action now.

Whether you live in Indiana, another US state, or even outside of the US, there are actions you can take today to bring awareness to the structural unfairness of Richard Allen's trial.

Judge Gull and Nick McCleland have shaped an unfair process in the dark, and now the defense approaches trial at distinct disadvantage. It's vital that lawmakers, officials, the media, and other Americans are made aware of what is going on in Carroll County.

We have created tools and resources for you to make your voice heard.

I live in Indiana

Hoosiers are central to bringing awareness to what's happening to Richard Allen in Carroll County.

Indiana lawmarkers & officials, and Indiana media, need to hear your views. They act in your name, and use your tax dollars to support their work. You have not just the right but an obligation as residents of Indiana to keep Indiana honest.

Hoosiers' voices would also ring louder on a national level, and contacting national media and the White House is a great way to do that.

If major media outlets - print and TV - start paying closer attention to what's happening to Richard Allen, pressure on Judge Gull and Nick McCleland to keep the trial honest will increase.

If the White House hears from Americans across the country about their concerns in Caroll County, it may just brighten the spotlight shone on the trial.
